- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 meat sausage (meat)
- olive oil (to taste)
- 1 whole chicken (cut in pieces)
- 1/2 can peeled tomatoes (in pieces)
- 4 sprigs coriander
- 3 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 can coconut milk
- salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan. Add the chopped onion, chopped garlic, and sliced sausage. Saute until golden.
- Add the chicken, and mix well.
- Cover with tomato and chopped coriander. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add curry powder and coconut milk. Mix everything very well.
