- 2 cups / 280 g canned cooked chicken
- 1 cup / 237 g cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup / 28 g almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a bowl, put chicken, cream cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and almond flour. Mix until well combined.
- Coat a baking pan with oil or cooking spray. Mold the chicken mixture into small patties and distribute evenly on baking pan.
