How Not to Die: Discover the Foods Scientifically Proven to Prevent and Reverse Disease by Michael Greger and Gene Stone Review

This book is one of my favorite health books. If you want to learn about health and nutrition in a way that is easy to understand, this is the book for you. It is written in a way that makes it digestible for those who are new to the subject, but it is also packed with enough information that even those who already have some knowledge about health and nutrition will walk away learning something new. This book will teach you how to eat in a way that promotes good health, how to avoid disease, how to feel your best, and how to extend your lifespan.
