“Why did you do that to your family?” That was the statement that greeted me after I shared how awesome my recent travel experience was with my family. I just told my colleague how traveling by car could be so much fun even with toddlers ages 3 and 1 year olds.

So I asked my colleague, “What do you mean by why did you do that to your family?” She meant why I let my husband do the long driving with our little kids. I replied by saying, “Driving can be so much fun. The real holiday starts the moment you step into your car, not when you arrive at your destination.”
Traveling by car, plane or train depends on several factors like where are you going, what holiday are you looking into, etc? We decided to travel by car because we want to explore as many places as possible. We surely invested time in taking sleepovers from one place to another. However, it’s all worth it not only our kids could go rest but also experience many things along the road.
