The Cashflow Quadrant is a concept developed by the author Robert Kiyosaki. It explains four different types of people and how they earn their income. The idea of the concept is that only a certain percentage of the population is actually capable of generating passive income. A lot of people think that being successful means fame and glory, but it’s not true. Fame and glory might bring you some money, but then you’ll have to keep working non-stop as well. What is the Cashflow Quadrant?

The Cashflow Quadrant is a concept introduced in Robert’s book “Rich Dad Poor Dad” and is a classification of businesses according to their financial cash flow characteristics. It is the 2-dimensional space where individuals fall based on the cash they generate. The four income classifications are: 1. E quadrant stands for Employee 2. S quadrant stands for Self-Employed 3. B quadrant stands for Business and, 4. I quadrant stands for Investor.
